Howdy! I’m one of the Young bloods from Victoria Crossing. I’d just like to share with you a few secrets as to why our meat is so good. You know each piece of Victoria Crossing is a unique blend of mountain freshness and seaside serenity.
In the early stages we reside around the Snowy Mountains, alongside the NSW/Victorian border. The cool, fresh climate is great for conditioning ourselves during the early growth period.
After our stint in the high country we travel by air conditioned coach – cattle class of course – and head down to the coast for a bit of a touch up in the lush fertile pastures of our seaside retreat.
So you see it’s a pretty peaceful, low stress, lifestyle which in turn permeates into our meat. Young, low fat, tender beef: rich in flavour and the natural goodness of Australian pastures.
